“Prof Bolesnikov” Football Club

Our mission

Through high quality work with children (that incorporates preparation of child to enter sports and sport activities, pedagogic preparation of child for becoming an active team member, work through specially assembled program of exercising), it is our mission that members of the Club become not only good sportsmen, but great persons as well.

Vision

Club started its life as an idea professor Bolesnikov had and in only several years became one of the most prominent institutions of its kind in the region. Besides having good reputation as a Club, investment that followed the development of the Club allowed that Club members, our kids, have all the latest capacities for “learning” game of football and constant advancement. Our Club, today, has its own capacities that are ranked among those owned by leading European clubs. In such conditions, every child that comes to the practice has a chance to prove itself as a part of a team and show talent and knowledge gathered.

Every parent or a child interested in finding out more about us is more than welcome to come and visit our Club. There, we are able to introduce them to our coaching team, other members and they are able to see our capacities. First training is free of charge and it is a good base of finding out what the child affinities are, what it is capable of and allows coach to decide what type of program to prepare for it.

All international Clubs that are interested in getting in touch with us in order to have us participate at any tournament or having them participate at our annual tournament are more than welcome to contact us.

History of “Prof. Bolesnikov” FC

Club was founded in 2005.

Our capacities:
Coaching staff is made out of 5 professional coaches under the leadership of professor Branislav Bolesnikov, Club President.
3 pitches with artificial turf in size of 22x42 meters.
1 natural grass pitch in size of 75x65 meters.
6 changing rooms and cafeteria.

Club has over 200 members, boys and girls aged from 5 to 13.
Club already launched first recognized talents and future stars like Emil Rockov, member of Serbian national team (generation 1995) and goalkeeper of Vojvodina FC or players that are candidates for national team – Sauer (1997), Scepanovic, Varicak, Novakovic, Gligorijevic (1998), Dundjerski I Kostic (1999).

Biography of Club President, professor Branislav Bolesnikov

Coach at FC Novi Sad from 1974 to 1997.
Member of the Managing Board at FC Vojvodina in charge of the coordination of youth selections 1997-2000.
Professor of Physical Education at Mihajlo Pupin High School, Novi Sad.

In his coaching career, prof Bolesnikov created some famous Serbian players, members of national teams of Yugoslavia and Serbia and Montenegro – Ljukovcan and Jovin (Red Star, Belgrade), Jokanovic (Partizan), Maric (Vojvodina) – all with international careers and over 30 premiership players like Jovanic, Curko, Dimitrov, Radakovic, Davidovic, Kurcubic, Medicu, Stojak, Babic, Vargec, Popov, Beluzic, and many others.
